We met in July 2020, in the early days of COVID. One month later we celebrated with a hike at Bridal Falls where Marie fell, hit the back of her head, and ended up with a serious concussion. Phil brought her back to his place and, since he was working from home, took care of everything while she recovered. It was an early glimpse of the kind of partner he is, and we’ve been looking after each other ever since.
